We're actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 global outbreak. Order fulfillments are not affected and will be processed as usual. However, shipping may take longer than expected for physical items only. Digital items will be available instantly after purchase.
Delivery and Handling times for items may vary depending on numerous factors due to the process of designing, setting, printing, cutting, and packing. Custom Products can take between 4 to 8 weeks for orders to dispatch. Stocked Inventory Products are usually shipped within 3 business days.
These times can increase during busy periods and we apologize for any delay - however we prefer to spend that little bit of extra time on your design on a custom product than rush the job.
We use Canada Post shipping service tracked to send our items. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with tracking number. Please not that all delivery date range shown on the Checkout page are estimates according to Canada Post, and may vary during busy periods. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to register with Canada Post tracking page and our Tracking Page and to start showing your shipment status. Some Tracking may be converted and information may be viewable from their local Postal service tracking site.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
Returns for Stocked Inventory:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return and refund or store credit for Stocked-Inventory products (non-custom items) including Custom Stocked Inventory products. We will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your request.
Items will be subject to a restocking fee of 5-10% depending on the quantity and style of items being returned. Please note that this restocking fee will not be applied if a stocked inventory item is returned damaged or defective.
Refunds or Store Credit, for Stocked Inventory item(s), will be given for the price of the item(s) only. Refund/Credit is not issued for shipping charges.
Refund/Credit will be issued when we receive the returned item in good condition at the warehouse.
We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please contact us regarding your order within: 14 days of delivery. Because of the nature of custom ordered items, unless they arrive damaged or defective (Photo or Video proof will be required to process the return request for damaged and defective items), we can't accept returns for change of mind.
*Exception: If a custom item has already been made and was purchased from our inventory stock, then it is eligible for a refund or store credit. *
Custom orders cannot be cancelled more than 72 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
Refunds or Store Credit, for Custom item(s), will be given for the price of the item(s) only. Refund/Credit is not issued for shipping charges.
Items such as Lightroom Presets or Fonts or any other Digital items are not eligible for a refund, please consider carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. They can be applied towards any item (digital or physical items) from our shop. They can be redeemed at the checkout page towards your order.
Face masks are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact support team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If items is being returned due to shipping damage or defective, a photo or video will be require to be sent to us to keep in file with your return request so that the returned item can match the photo or video taken before returning it.
If a refund is accepted and sent, please keep in mind that processing times may depend on your bank or card issuer and may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your statement. PayPal refunds are processed instantly back to your PayPal Balance however if you used a Bank Account/Credit Card/Debit Card via PayPal, the refund may also take up to 3-5 business days to be processed. If refunds are not yet shown after 5 business days, please contact us.
